Bruce brings 15 years of diverse experience in the commercial and project space focusing on supply chain management, end-to-end strategic sourcing & procurement, budget management, contracting lifecycle and project management. Bruce has worked across resources, port and rail and EPCM sectors on medium to large scale projects and delivering supply chain and commercial benefits across multi-site operations. Bruce’s experience spans across heavy construction, civil works, materials handling, process plants and heavy rail and port operations. Bruce understands the distinctive fundamentals to deliver value in an operation or project environment. Bruce ensures a solution based approach that centres on customer centricity, efficiency and value.
