Project Procurement and Commercial Management
The Roy Hill package 3 –SMP consisted of steel fabrication, mechanical, piping and electrical work for the port, including installation of equipment at the stockyard facilities and materials handling systems. The services comprised of developing the procurement strategy and contract management lifecycle for the delivery of approximately 60 procurement packages and the overall commercial (financial, legal and contractual) management of all awarded sub-contract packages. This included a number of hard dollar lump sum contracts.

Achievements: All procurement packages were let with an overall bottom line savings of $5m achieved against budget
